Something wrong with your order?

The following is our return process and policy.

We have a 7-day return policy, but no worries, this doesn't mean it has to be shipped back within 7 days. Just be sure to submit your request to return within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please note swimwear and jewellery items cannot be returned.

How to request a return:

  1. To start a return, log into your customer accountor click the profile icon on the top right corner of the home page
  2. Log in to your account and request a return
  3. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  6. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  9. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the eligible product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
